02 — WORDPRESS DEVELOPMENT

We build our websites on WordPress, giving you a platform that’s flexible, scalable and relatively easy to manage.

Our usual choice is Avada, because we’ve used it extensively and have achieved great results with it.

It gives us a reliable foundation for creating modern, responsive business websites without reinventing the wheel every time.

Prefer something else?

That’s possible too.

If you have a specific WordPress theme or builder you’d like us to use, we can work with it.

Because using a different system requires additional setup, adaptation and development time, an alternative theme/platform will add approximately $350 to the project.

03 — RESPONSIVE DESIGN

Your website needs to work everywhere.

We’ll optimize the website for:

Desktop.
Tablet.
Mobile.

Your visitors shouldn’t have to pinch, zoom and fight with your website just to find your phone number.

04 — CONTENT IMPLEMENTATION

You provide the content.

We take care of implementing it into the website and making it look right.

That includes formatting and structuring your supplied:

• Text
• Images
• Videos
• Business information
• Service information
• Contact details

05 — BASIC SEO SETUP

Every website needs a basic SEO foundation.

Your website includes basic on-page and technical SEO setup, including things such as:

• Page titles
• Meta descriptions
• Heading structure
• Image alt text
• Basic URL structure
• Internal linking considerations
• Sitemap setup
• Basic search engine configuration

This is basic SEO setup, not an ongoing SEO campaign.

If you want to actively grow your organic rankings after launch, our ongoing SEO packages are available separately.

06 — CONTACT & LEAD FORMS

Your website will include up to 3 standard forms.

Contact Form

For general inquiries and customer communication.

Subscribe Form

For newsletter or email subscription purposes.

Additional Form

For another business-specific purpose, such as:

• Request a quote
• Consultation request
• Project inquiry
• Service request
• Booking request

The forms will be configured and tested as part of the website launch.

07 — ANALYTICS & SEARCH SETUP

We’ll take care of the basic setup required to understand how people interact with your website.

This includes basic configuration for relevant tools such as:

• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Basic tracking configuration

The goal is to make sure your website isn’t launched completely blind.

08 — STOCK IMAGES

You have two options.

Use your own images

Send us your photos and visual assets and we’ll use them throughout the website.

Let us source them

We can source suitable stock photography for your website for:

This covers the stock image sourcing and licensing needed for the selected website imagery.

If specific premium assets outside this allowance are required, those costs may be quoted separately.

09 — BASIC WEBSITE HANDOVER

We’re not going to throw a WordPress login at you and say:

“Good luck.”

You’ll receive a short video explaining the basics of your website backend and how to handle common tasks.

We’re not going to teach you every corner of WordPress.

That’s what Google is for.

But you’ll understand the important basics and know where things are.

10 — TWO REVISION ROUNDS

The website includes 2 rounds of revisions.

We’ll use these to refine the design, content presentation and functionality based on your feedback.

This keeps the project collaborative without turning it into an endless cycle of:

“Can we try another version?”

11 — 14-DAY BUG-FIX PERIOD

Once the website goes live, you’ll have a 14-day post-launch period for bugs or issues related to the delivered functionality.

If something isn’t working as it should because of our implementation, we’ll fix it.

New features, new pages, redesign requests or new functionality aren’t considered bugs and will be quoted separately.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE

Launching the website is only the beginning.

WordPress, themes and plugins need updates.

Security needs attention.

Backups need to happen.

And occasionally, something decides it doesn’t want to work anymore.

You have two maintenance options.

OPTION 01 — STANDARD MAINTENANCE

$100 / MONTH

Includes:

• WordPress updates
• Theme updates
• Plugin updates
• Security monitoring
• Website backups
• Basic technical maintenance
• Minor technical fixes
• Up to 4 hours of website changes per month

How do we count changes?

A small intervention, such as changing a few pieces of text, may count as approximately 30 minutes.

More complex changes can take one hour or more depending on the work required.

Unused hours don’t accumulate into future months.

OPTION 02 — MAINTENANCE + LICENSE MANAGEMENT

$150 / MONTH

Everything included in Standard Maintenance, plus management of the agreed premium website licenses.

This means you don’t have to worry about keeping track of the licenses required for the website.

Why only $10 more?

Because we don’t want licensing to become another headache for you.

We manage it.

You pay one predictable monthly amount.

WHAT ABOUT HOSTING & DOMAIN?

Hosting and domain registration are not included in the $1,500 website development price.

They are billed separately.

We can manage the hosting and domain for you as a reseller, while the domain remains associated with your business ownership.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANCEL MAINTENANCE?

The website is yours.

If you decide to stop the maintenance service, you retain access to your website and we’ll provide a transition procedure to help move the website into your own management.

The transition support is available for 30 days after cancellation.

After that period, any new assistance, transition work or technical support falls outside the original maintenance scope and will be quoted separately based on the requirements.

And what happens to the licenses?

If your maintenance + license management subscription is cancelled, the licenses we provide through that service will no longer be maintained.

Some themes or plugins may continue functioning.

However, without an active license, you may lose access to:

• Future updates
• Premium features
• Premium support
• New versions
• Other license-dependent functionality

This is why keeping your website maintained is strongly recommended.

WANT AN ONLINE STORE?

That’s a different beast.

E-commerce websites start from:

$2,500

The starting e-commerce package includes up to 3 products.

Additional products are quoted separately based on the amount and complexity of the work required.

Because an online store isn’t simply a presentation website with a shopping cart added to it.

Payments, products, checkout, shipping, taxes, customer accounts, transactional emails and other functionality can turn it into a completely different project.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?

Some things simply don’t belong inside a $1,500 website package.

These may require additional pricing:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

A typical website takes approximately:

2–4 WEEKS

This timeframe starts once we have the necessary content, materials and information from you.

Delays in receiving content, feedback, approvals or required third-party information can extend the timeline.

PAYMENT

The project is divided into two payments:

70% UPFRONT

Required to begin the project.

30% BEFORE LAUNCH

The remaining balance must be paid before the website is published and made live.

OWNERSHIP

Once the project has been paid in full, the website and custom work created specifically for your business belong to you.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock photography, software and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Your domain remains associated with your business, and you can request the necessary information for managing or transferring it.
